Our Advanced Trial Advocacy Course is a 5-day course, accredited with the Legal Practice Council.

This course deals with litigation matters and focusses on the core Trial Advocacy skills, namely Leading of Evidence, Cross-examination and Presentation of Argument. This course is very practically designed with presentations of the above-mentioned skills and then the delegates practicing these skills in moot court exercises using our case studies.

The course is aimed at practitioners who wish to either learn how to litigate, or those wishing to enhance or improve their court skills. It is thus aimed at a broad range of lawyer, and it is not necessary to have any court experience to benefit from the course.

Those successfully completing the course, will be presented with an official certificate recognised by the Legal Practice Council.
